Thank you for shopping with MyGuardWash. If you are not entirely satisfied with your MyGuardWash product, we are here to help.
Returns
• You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned with all components and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item needs to have proof of purchase.
Refunds
• Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund, after inspection of item.
• Once your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund in the original method of payment.
• The credit will be issued within 5 business days.
Shipping
• You will be responsible for all shipping costs for the return item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
